Volunteer Long Service Awards

Some of our volunteers have recently been presented with awards from National Office recognising their valuable contributions to the Yorkshire Dales Branch. Each received a Long Service Award badge and a certificate signed by Kirstine Knox. In a letter from Jools Cook, Head of Regional Volunteering Development, she said „the Association relies on volunteers like you giving their time and expertise and without this commitment we would be unable to offer the much needed support we do locally for people with MND‟.

Alan Bennet was awarded a gold badge for 15 years service. Silver awards for 10 years service were given to Peter Thompson, Margaret Thompson, Jim Stark, Tony Hunt and Anne Pratt and a Bronze award for 5 years service to Peter Wallis.
